The hotel has nine luxurious multifunctional meeting rooms which can be connected to each other and are equipped with the latest audiovisual equipment. The meeting rooms can all be reached from the registration area.  All meetings, plenary and parallel sessions will be organized in the meeting rooms. Lunch and coffee/tea breaks will be held in the exhibition area.
